The Russian-European consortium to lay the Turkish Stream gas pipeline via the Greek territory plans to attract €2 bn, Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller has said.

"The Russian-European consortium will undoubtedly succeed in raising the money for the construction, €2 bn," he said.

Miller noted that several European companies has shown interest in the project. Expected annual capacity of the pipeline will be about 47 bn c m. As Miller said the project would be implemented in full accordance with the European legislation.
