A high level of threat remains after the publication by the Russian Defense Ministry of a list of European companies associated with the production of drones for Ukraine. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution of Germany (BfV) warned German military-industrial enterprises about this.
"In April 2026, the media published a list of the Russian Ministry of Defense with 21 European companies accused of involvement in the production and supply of drones for Ukraine. The list includes, in particular, the names of three companies based in Germany. Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev called these companies on platform X potential targets for the Russian Armed Forces ... There is an increased likelihood that the relevant companies will become the target of intelligence and sabotage actions of Russian government agencies or persons acting on their behalf," the agency said in a warning.
"Targeted attacks against individual employees, primarily senior management," depending on the further development of the conflict, are also not excluded.
It is recommended that German military-industrial complex enterprises strengthen physical, information and cybersecurity measures, limit the publication of sensitive information, and regularly train employees to counter intelligence and sabotage.
Employees are advised to minimize the exchange of work information in social networks, use exclusively secure corporate communication channels and observe increased precautions during foreign business trips.
As reported by EADaily, the production sites of Ukrainian UAVs in Europe are potential targets of the Russian Armed Forces. This was stated on the social network by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
This is how he commented on today's statement by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation regarding "Ukrainian" and joint ventures for the production of attack UAVs in Europe. The agency published the addresses of these enterprises, recommending Europeans to stay away from them.
