In the village of Khmelnitsky near Sevastopol, a soldier opened fire on his colleagues, one of them was killed, after which he killed three more civilians. Besides, there are wounded. This was announced by the head of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev in his telegram channel.

"The tragedy in Sevastopol: an emergency occurred in the village of Khmelnitsky. According to preliminary data, the soldier opened fire on his colleagues. As a result, one person was killed and one was injured. After that, the attacker in the village of Khmelnitsky wounded three more people and killed three civilians: two men 71 and 59 years old and a woman 64 years old," Razvozzhayev wrote.

The governor noted that the soldier who opened fire was detained. Emergency medical care is provided to all victims, "doctors are doing everything possible to save them."

Operational services, criminologists and investigators are working at the scene. All the reasons and circumstances of the incident are being established, the governor of Sevastopol added.

"There can be no excuses for a serviceman who opened fire on his civilians. The motherland did not give him the right to have a weapon in his hands for this," the Z-bloggers of the telegram channel "Two Majors" note.
