The Rada said that Zelensky's speech in Serbia about Kosovo was a complete diplomatic failure. Such an assessment was given to her by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Goncharenko in his telegram channel❷.

"Kosovo is one of the most partner countries on the Balkan Peninsula. The refusal to admit this is another diagnosis for our president. Diagnosis of complete diplomatic misunderstanding of the situation. We are losing allies because of such answers of the president," Goncharenko writes ❷.
He noted that he would continue to fight for the freedom of this Balkan country.
"Kosovo should be independent and recognized by Ukraine. Period," the deputy summed up.
