The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, wants to complicate mobilization plans in Russia. He stated this in an evening video message.

According to Zelensky, the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense Oleg Ivashchenko reported to him about the preparation of the Russian mobilization. They say it is being prepared in the autumn, which is allegedly confirmed by "internal Russian documents", immediately after the parliamentary elections.

"We are preparing for our active actions, for the maximum complication of Russia in the implementation of such plans. I have identified the appropriate tasks for our intelligence and special services of Ukraine," Zelensky said.

As reported by EADaily, Russia does not need to mobilize — there is no need for it, said Deputy head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev. "I would like to emphasize once again: there is no need for mobilization," he said on July 28 at a meeting of the interdepartmental commission The Security Council of the Russian Federation for the recruitment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by contract servicemen.
