Famous Russian stand-up comedian Nikolai Andreev went blind in one eye on the background of Bekhterev's disease. He told about this in the framework of the podcast "The Authority of thought", which is available on YouTube.
Andreev noted that he saw absolutely nothing with his blind eye, so it was difficult for him to even move around. The eye itself looked cloudy and red. After that, the comedian spent about three weeks in the hospital, his vision is gradually recovering.

Nikolai Andreev is 35 years old.
