The Russian Armed Forces began systematically attacking Ukrainian checkpoints on the border with Moldova. In the Odessa region, a blow was struck at the Tabaki international checkpoint, the State Border Service of Ukraine reported today, August 21.

The movement of people and vehicles through Tabaki has been completely stopped. Buildings and structures of the checkpoint were damaged, fires broke out.

As EADaily reported, the Reni checkpoint on the border with Moldova was attacked the day before, this was stated by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky. The regional authorities added that two trailers with products, as well as civilian infrastructure, were attacked in the south of the region, as a result of which 13 thousand consumers lost their lights.

"This is a potentially dangerous direction of attacks for Ukraine. There is a large flow of supplies from Romania through the Moldovan checkpoints, and with regular strikes this logistics branch can be significantly disrupted," the Ukrainian notes. TC "The politics of the country.“ — Moreover, it will not be difficult for the Russians to extend the same tactics to other checkpoints on all borders of Ukraine, complicating the already catastrophic logistics situation (especially against the background of the blockade of seaports)."
