The Moscow City Court legalized the decision, according to which the Russian actor, TV presenter, showman and singer Timur Rodriguez (Kerimov) was denied a lawsuit to change the conditions for the payment of alimony to his ex-wife Anna Devochkina. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the court.

"The judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Moscow City Court left unchanged the decision... by which Timur Kerimov was denied satisfaction of the claim to Anna Devochkina about changing the terms of the agreement on the payment of alimony, determining the place of residence of children, the order of communication and upbringing of children," the court said.

The original decision was made by the Presnensky Court of Moscow in mid-December 2025. In January of this year, the same court granted the TV presenter's claim and allowed him not to pay alimony for the maintenance of Devochkina, while he will continue to pay the children's expenses.

According to the publication, more than 7 million rubles were collected from Kerimov under "notarized alimony agreements."

Rodriguez and Devochkina have two children.

As reported by EADaily, in May last year, the court's decision on divorce officially came into force. In February of this year, it became known that Rodriguez would no longer pay alimony in favor of Devochkina in the amount of 500 thousand rubles per month. The showman said that in two years he had paid his ex-wife about 55 million rubles. According to him, he paid another 1.5 million a month for the maintenance of his two sons.

In February 2026, it became known that Rodriguez had registered his own trademark.
