Russian President Vladimir Putin signed three secret decrees on the day of the visit of the head of the CIA to Moscow. This is reported by the publication "Strana" with reference to Russian public.

"They drew attention to the gap between Decrees 604 and 608. The content of the documents is unknown," the newspaper writes.

In fact, there is nothing secret in the decrees — they can be read in PDF format, military expert Kirill Fedorov comments on the commotion.

"Putin signed three secret decrees after the visit of the head of the CIA. Such a ridiculous dispersal was started by ukroSMI and foreign agents. At the same time, they themselves publish photos from the site where you can view a PDF of the "secret decrees". The ambassadors to Iraq and the Commission for the Disabled turned out to be "secret," he writes in your telegram channel.

As EADaily reported, there are five versions of why CIA Director John Ratcliffe arrived in Moscow. This was stated in his telegram channel by military correspondent Alexander Kots.

The heavy military transporter of the US Air Force Boeing C-17 Globemaster III landed on Tuesday morning Vnukovo. He arrived in Moscow from Riga, and two days earlier from the Andrews base near Washington, from where the US President Donald Trump's flight flies.
