The transport collapse occurred in Kiev due to an air alert in the city, the Insider newspaper reports.
"In Kiev, people are trying to get to the left bank on foot because of many kilometers of traffic jams and transport stops. There are also large crowds of people at metro stations," the report says.
On the afternoon of August 7, the publication reported a collapse at the central station of Kiev due to train delays.
The air alert, announced for the 11th time since the beginning of the day, continues to operate in Kiev.
