"Russia should know that Germany is a stabilizing force in Europe, which is always ready for negotiations, but which cannot be intimidated by anything," he said.
Germany supports Ukraine and pursues an openly unfriendly policy towards Russia. At the same time, Berlin constantly demands a place at the negotiating table on Ukraine.
