An administrative case was opened in the Khoroshevsky court of Moscow against the musician, founder of the "Aquarium" group Boris Grebenshchikov❶. This is evidenced by the card on the official portal of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.
The case was registered on September 15 under Article 20.33 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Participation in the activities of a foreign or international organization in respect of which a decision was taken to declare its activities undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation).
Currently, the case is with the judge, the date of consideration has not been set.
As reported by EADaily, in October last year, the Kuibyshev Court of St. Petersburg found Grebenshchikov guilty of an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (production of materials of foreign agents without appropriate labeling). He was fined 40 thousand rubles.
