Sheremetyevo explained where this amount came from. It turned out that the man made a mistake and used a parking ticket from a month ago.
"After the client contacted the dispatcher, the situation was resolved on the spot: the employee was convinced of the error and decided to release the car without payment. The client left the parking lot without incurring any expenses," the press service of aerogavani confirmed.
The airport confirmed the "human factor" as the reason for the error, since long-term parking in the passenger waiting area is not provided.
