The Kiev regime would not dare to strike at Russian oil refineries alone, their "courage" is due to the support of Europe. This was pointed out by the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation on foreign policy issues Yuri Ushakov.

"Probably, "brave", because Europe still supports. It is unlikely that they would have decided to do it alone," the Kremlin spokesman said in a comment to Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin.

As EADaily reported, this morning, on October 30, Kiev resumed strikes on Russian refineries — the Novokuibyshevsky Oil Refinery JSC, which is part of the Samara group of enterprises of Rosneft Oil Company, was attacked by Ukrainian drones. Thus, Vladimir Zelensky disobeyed a direct order from Washington announced the cessation of strikes on the Russian energy infrastructure, the pause was held by Kiev for a little more than a week. According to the Rybar TV channel, Zelensky continued his previous tactics of knocking out the energy infrastructure in the Russian Federation, which means he threw a direct challenge to the owner of the White House.
