US intelligence agencies have not yet been able to determine the motive of the shooter who attacked US presidential candidate Donald Trump. According to The New York Times, the liquidated sniper also did not have any criminal past.
The information is provided with reference to data received from the authorities of the state of Pennsylvania, where 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks was from.
"The shooter had no criminal record recorded in the open archives of the Pennsylvania court," the source writes.
EADaily recalls that Trump's political opponent Joe Biden said after the attack on the politician that he was praying for his speedy recovery. At the same time, the US president called the allegations of an assassination attempt on Trump too premature.
