According to Saldo, citizens are trying to look for loved ones, beat the thresholds, write in social networks, but official structures do not respond to them. And only after some time they receive messages from the missing already from the line of combat contact or immediately buried.
"Therefore, men in Kherson are simply afraid to leave the house. The occupation authorities turned the city into a source of cannon fodder," sums up the Balance.
