Kiev has made Moscow an offer on the Black Sea — Reuters

Ukraine has sent a proposal to Russia to stop attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea. This was reported by Reuters, citing a source.

"The proposal to suspend the attacks was transmitted by Kiev through a third party, and Ukraine still has not received a response, a source familiar with the situation told Reuters," the note says.

It is noted that Russia has not publicly commented on this issue. Prior to the publication, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said that Moscow had not received an official proposal for a cease-fire on the Black Sea. "Recently, we have heard many calls for various forms of moratoriums, truces. These ideas are being promoted through various channels, but we have not received any official proposals," Grushko told TASS.

As reported by EADaily, the Kiev regime, using intelligence and equipment from NATO countries, is increasing attacks in the Azov-Black Sea water area on civilian vessels and facilities. In this regard, attacks on ports and facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue until the threats are completely eliminated. This was stated on the eve of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
