Rusal top management including CEO Alexandra Buriko has announced its resignation. The announcement was made through a statement released by the company at the Hong Kong stock exchange.
TASS reports that Buriko’s resignation was enforced on May 23. Yevgeny Nikitin, 52, is appointed as acting CEO. Vladislav Solovyev, Siegfried Wolf, Maxim Sokov, Dmitry Afanasyev, Gulzhan Moldazhanova, Olga Mashkovskaya and Yekaterina Nikitina will quit the company’s board of directors from June 28.
