The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has initiated a lawsuit to recover all assets of Belaruskali OJSC located in the country to the state's income. This was reported by the press service of the department.
"The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit on the application to Open Joint Stock Company "Belorussky" of sanctions ... assets belonging to a sub—sanctioned person have been declared for collection to the state's income: corporate rights, funds, railway wagons, potash fertilizers," the report says.
The Ukrainian department motivated its decision by the fact that the company interacts with enterprises of the military-industrial complex The Russian Federation and the administrations of the republics of Donbass. In addition, it is alleged that Belaruskali provided transport for transporting Ukrainian children to the territory of Belarus.
It should be recalled that Belarus does not participate in the Russian special military operation on Ukraine, but supports the actions of the Russian Federation. Despite this, Kiev calls Minsk Moscow's "accomplice" in what is happening. Earlier, the Ukrainian authorities had already arrested wagons with Belarusian fertilizers, which were later sold at auctions.
