After a bright flash in the outskirts of Dnepropetrovsk, which was visible from almost all districts, the light went out in the city. This is reported by the Dnepr Operational telegram channel.
"The flash was visible from all corners of the city," writes TK.
The reasons are currently unknown. It should be noted that following the outbreak, an air alert was announced.
Something similar was observed when a Hazel was struck at a military enterprise in Dnepropetrovsk.
The telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring writes" that there were several outbreaks. It is noted that, presumably, the transformers exploded.
Meanwhile, DTEK said that no damage or short circuits were recorded.
