The speeches of Russian President Vladimir Putin are connected like a series of one series, therefore they require revision, said philosopher Alexander Dugin. According to him, Putin develops his philosophy gradually and in each speech continues the theme of the previous ones.
On the contrary, the speeches of US President Donald Trump can be viewed in isolation from his past statements and from American history in general, the expert said on Sputnik radio.
"Each of Putin's speeches is the next series, which becomes especially clear if you remember the contents of the others. And Trump's speeches are a clip, a meme. He says something funny, dances, jumps, threatens someone," said Dugin.
