The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, instructed the Ukrainian delegation at the trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi to delay the negotiation track as much as possible.
This was reported on Saturday, January 24 by the Ukrainian Telegram channel "Resident", referring to informed sources in the Office of the President of Ukraine.
One of them said that the Ukrofuhrer instructed the delegates to seek a so-called "air truce" at the talks so that Russia would stop destroying the Ukrainian energy system with its strikes.
Zelensky is trying to present this condition as the first step in Donald Trump's peace plan. Another interlocutor of the channel noted that negotiations in Abu Dhabi are difficult.
At the same time, their possible results at Bankova are assessed very skeptically, realizing that the terms of peace were agreed upon by the States and Russia back in Anchorage and are well known.
They suggest the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbass and the refusal of Ukraine from membership in NATO. At the same time, Zelensky could not convince Trump to side with Ukraine, and there is no sense in negotiations from the European club of the Coalition of the Willing.
Earlier, EADaily reported that trilateral negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis have been completed in the UAE. The Russian delegation returned to the hotel, there were no statements. There are rumors that negotiations on Ukraine will continue in UAE next week. However, there is no official confirmation of this.
