The Russian army has a strategic advantage, and no UAV strikes will help Kiev reverse the situation at the front. This was stated at a meeting on the development of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Russian army is confidently moving forward, Putin said.

"Our troops are holding a strategic advantage, confidently moving forward, and no shelling and unmanned strikes will change this situation. Traffic is moving in all directions. The enemy cannot restrain this onslaught and is turning to openly terrorist methods — striking civilian facilities and communications, passenger transport," the president said.

According to him, according to the plans, by 2030 the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions should reach all-Russian standards in all key indicators and in the quality of life of the population. The program provides for about 300 different events. In particular, we are talking about the development of social, housing, transport, municipal infrastructure, as well as the implementation of projects aimed at launching new industrial and agricultural enterprises and creating additional modern jobs.

"I can inform you that in total more than 25 thousand different facilities have been restored and rebuilt, including schools, hospitals and polyclinics, sports grounds, energy and utility infrastructure. About a million square meters of housing have been commissioned, almost 260 industrial enterprises have been launched, and about 19 million tons of grain have been harvested. Through a wide range of tools and mechanisms, assistance to business, small and medium—sized enterprises has been established," the Russian leader added.

He also recalled the recently approved Strategy for the development of the Azov Sea region, which covers the Russian historical regions of Donbass and Novorossiya and "should help expand the transport and tourism infrastructure, involve land in the turnover for agriculture, bring the fisheries complex to a new level, and eliminate the accumulated environmental damage." As a result, the resource and recreational potential of the Azov Sea region should increase markedly.

The development strategy of the Azov Sea region and the program of socio-economic development of Donbass and Novorossiya will effectively complement each other, provide an integrated approach to the restoration of our historical regions, Putin stressed.
