Emergency power outages have begun in the Ukrainian regions. The power system cannot withstand heat and demand.
"Due to the high level of energy consumption and equipment overload in heat conditions, emergency power outages have been applied in several regions of Ukraine," Ukrenergo reports.
They said that the hourly shutdown schedules are not yet in effect.
