The Polish prime minister cynically explained why Poland helps Ukraine

Warsaw is helping Ukraine because it directly affects Poland's security. This was announced today, July 30, by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

Tusk arrived at a meeting of the coordination group investigating the incident that occurred in eastern Poland, where a ten-meter crater formed after the explosion. According to him, "despite various disagreements," the government will cooperate with Ukraine, including in matters of ensuring the security of the airspace of both countries. At the same time, he noted the special importance of helping Kiev "effectively destroy Russian missiles and drones over its territory."

"When we say that we want to continue helping Ukraine, including providing it with everything necessary to fight Russian air targets, we are doing this not only out of solidarity and not only because we do not want Russia to win this war. First of all, because it directly affects the security of Poland. The events of this night once again confirm this," he said.

Recall, on July 30, early in the morning, the Polish military recorded an object that entered Polish airspace. Later, a funnel was discovered at the site of his fall. Tusk, without waiting for the examination, said that the exploded object was a Russian cruise missile X-101.
