South Korea gave Russia fuel

Fuel was delivered to Russia from South Korea. Reuters writes about this.

"At the end of July, traders sent in Russia received almost 30,000 metric tons of refined fuel from South Korea," the agency writes, citing AIS data from ships and trade sources.

So, at least two tankers were loaded into Ulsan and the ships left in the direction of the Russian Far East.

"One of the vessels arrived in Russia, but has not yet unloaded," writes Reuters. The interlocutors told the agency that we are talking about batches of diesel fuel and jet fuel.

As EADaily reported, unscheduled repairs of Russian refineries after the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces led to a reduction in gasoline production and one of the measures was the import of fuel — both from Belarus and Asian countries, including India. At the same time, the reported deal on supplies from Japan, writes Reuters, never took place because of Tokyo's position.
