The "Epicenter" was destroyed in Kharkov: negotiations will not save from retaliation

In Kharkov, the shopping center "Epicenter" was completely destroyed, according to Ukrainian public.

The Russian Defense Ministry previously reported that such storage facilities are used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"If someone thought that launching the negotiation process would save him from retaliation for attacks on Russian cities, then no. This will not happen," political analyst Alexei Mukhin comments on the frequent Russian strikes.

Earlier it became known that a new round of trilateral talks on Ukraine will be held in Abu Dhabi in the first half of November. According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, his topic will be security issues for Russia and Ukraine after the exit to a peaceful settlement is realized.
