The delegation of Ukraine at the trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi will be headed by Kirill Budanov❶. This was stated by the head of the president's office in an interview with CBS News.

Kiev remains cautiously optimistic, but does not expect a major breakthrough from the meetings of representatives of Ukraine, the United States and Russia is in the UAE, said TV channel correspondent Aidan Stretch, who spoke with the general.

"I repeat once again: these negotiations are not the last. They are not final. All we are going to talk about is achieving readiness to end the ongoing war. What will we achieve? I will refrain from answering. We will see it in a couple of days," said Budanov ❶, quoted by "Время.иа ".

Budanov❶ stressed that the upcoming meeting will not be the final stage of the negotiation process. The general considers the very fact that the Ukrainian and Russian teams will sit down at the same negotiating table, face to face, so to speak, to be a certain progress, Stretch noted.

Recall, Budanov❶ headed the delegation of Ukraine at the negotiations in February.
