Belarus has requested a US$3-billion loan from Russia, Anton Siluanov, the finance minister of Russia, told reporters on July 9.
He said Russia will study the issue in the light of the previous project that has not been implemented on a full scale.
According to Siluanov, today, the Government will be studying the provision of the second part of the earlier-endorsed loan for US$770 million to Belarus. The funds will be provided in July, the minister said.
