Retired SBU Major General Vasyl Vovk called for a strike on Koncha-Zaspa and Zoloch — the places of residence of the Ukrainian elite near Kiev. This is reported by TC "Other Ukraine".

"Let Zoloce and Koncha-Zaspa expect strikes as decision-making centers," Vovk said.
