"Over the past few months, he has added four more to them — two for parking in Moscow and the same number for speeding on the roads of the Krasnodar Territory and Rostov region, " the report says.
Currently, enforcement proceedings have been opened against the contractor, a ban on registration actions has been imposed on the car.
