In the Bryansk region, as a result of the APU attack, a railway bridge with a train collapsed. This was announced by acting head of the region of Russia Egor Kovalchuk.
In his MAX channel, he noted that the enemy was carrying out targeted strikes on the railway infrastructure, which resulted in the incident with the bridge.
"As a result of the attack of the UAV on the Dyatkovo-Ludinovo stretch, part of the bridge collapsed, 10 cars left the railway tracks. There are no casualties", the governor stated.
He added that another enemy attack occurred in Unechsky district. It led to the fact that 18 empty gondolas derailed. Another blow damaged the railway tracks in Navlinsky district.
As Kovalchuk specified, after inspection of the accident sites by Rosgvardiya employees, restoration work will begin.
