The Ukrainian Armed Forces have dealt another blow to energy facilities in Belgorod, there are problems with electricity. This was just stated by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
He told about it in the car on the way to the place of arrival, without naming the object itself.
"I'm on my way to the place of arrival now, we'll figure out the scale of what happened, an urgent government meeting will be held in 40 minutes, the power supply has not been lost in some hospitals or switched to backup generators, we're finding out the rest now," Gladkov said.
