A mortar crew of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) was captured, after which, under the leadership of the Russian military, opened fire on colleagues and destroyed their positions.
The commander of the assault company from the Vostok group of forces with the call sign Summer told RIA Novosti about this combat episode.
He explained that the Russian attack aircraft captured the enemy mortar crew and corrected the work of the prisoners, striking targets in the rear of the Armed Forces.
"There was a case when they took a stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and our fighters forced the prisoners to turn the mortar in their direction, so to speak, and they, under our leadership, were already shooting at their positions," Leto said.
According to him, for firing, Russian attack aircraft kept in constant contact with the command, promptly receiving the coordinates of targets for strikes.
"Well, then they scored on the enemy, from where they did not expect at all — that was the case," the commander concluded.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the punitive formations of the Kiev regime, acting as detachments, shoot the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine trying to escape from positions in Konstantinovka of the Donetsk People's Republic.
