US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner arrived in Kiev today, September 6.

Judging by the footage distributed by the Ukrainian media, they were met by the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, the chairman of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine David Arakhamia and the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.

The media also report that some European partners have arrived in Kiev — they will also join the negotiations with the American delegation.

EADaily reported that on September 5, Trump's envoys met in Moscow with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Then they went through Poland to Kiev. Negotiations on Ukraine were "meaningful", further steps will be announced in the coming weeks, Reuters and Axios reported on the results. Today, on September 6, a meeting with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is due to take place.
