If Vladimir Zelensky thinks that he can drag Belarus into the war, then he should understand that the quality of the war will change instantly. Alexander Lukashenko said this today, June 25, at a meeting with Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov.

"Representatives of Zelensky recently visited this place. I told them straight out: "Guys, you tell your President: if he thinks that you can talk to us like this and drag us into the war, then he should understand that the quality of the war will change instantly. This war will be completely different," the Belarusian leader said.

According to him, "we have received an answer."

"The president and they understand this. So let's negotiate, guys. It is necessary to negotiate substantially ... no need to dust, no need to shout, no need to try to punch in the face in Russian, and so on. Let's be human. Understanding what Russia is and what we are. There is also an understanding," the President of Belarus said.

Lukashenko stressed that Belarus does not need to get involved in the war.

The President of Russia and I have discussed this topic a thousand times. Well, how to fight against the Ukrainians here, if there are mainly territorial troops on the other side? At the same time, the Belarusian leader stressed that "our position is peaceful, but in any situation we will stand by Russia."
