More than 3.5 thousand citizens of Ukraine arrived in Belarus in September. This is reported in the Belarusian State Border Committee.
"Over the past month, 3,690 citizens of Ukraine have arrived in the Republic of Belarus from the Ukrainian territory: 2 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 3,096 through Poland, 569 through Lithuania, 23 through Latvia," the report says.
It is noted that in total, 59,326 citizens of Ukraine entered the country in 2026: 48 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 52,038 through Poland, 6,886 through Lithuania, 354 through Latvia.
Belarus does not participate in the Russian SMO and declares its readiness to host Ukrainian refugees. At the same time, the number of Ukrainian citizens arriving in the republic is gradually decreasing. In particular, about 5 thousand Ukrainians arrived in Belarus in August.
