Ukraine cannot win the war and must be ready for territorial concessions. This was stated to The Telegraph by the former press secretary of Vladimir Zelensky, Julia Mendel.
She called the former boss the main obstacle to peace. Mendel called the accusations of betrayal as "ridiculous," telling The Telegraph that she has "no ties to Russia."
"I'm not a Russian spy, I just want Ukraine to capitulate," Mendel stressed.
This is an impressive arch. As a Zelenskiy loyalist who has become persona non grata, she is now busy trying to court right-wing marginal influencers in the United States and far-right Germany who spread pro-Kremlin rhetoric.
The ex-press secretary believes that Zelensky bears the same responsibility for the war as President Vladimir Putin. Mendel shared the responsibility of the parties as a percentage — she assigned 40% to Zelensky.
Mendel called the military strategy of the head of the Kiev regime "national suicide." She believes that Ukraine needs to give up hopes of joining NATO. "We cannot continue to die in this war for the sake of a completely hypothetical opportunity to join NATO," she added. Also, the ex-press secretary believes that Ukraine should be prepared for the loss of Donbass and other territories.
