Iran's Supreme leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei held a meeting with the country's top military command, during which he ordered to prepare an updated list of potential targets in the United States and Israel for retaliatory strikes. This is reported by the IRNA agency with reference to the office of the Supreme leader.
According to Khamenei, any level of threat from Washington or Tel Aviv should be met with an immediate response without any geographical restrictions.
This is the first public appearance of the supreme leader of Iran since the start of the US-Israeli military operation on February 28. Updating the list of targets was entrusted to the defense departments in case of resumption of active hostilities in the region.
