A venomous snake from Africa called dysfolid has been spotted in Germany.
This animal is typical of sub—Saharan Africa. This is a small snake that attacks from trees from above, slowly moving along the branches or even hanging from them and swaying in the wind. Dysfolide secretes a very strong poison, without the introduction of serum, an adult dies the next day.
The African snake was recorded in the land of Schleswig-Holstein, which is near the border with Denmark. She was seen in the area of the city of Nibull, the deputy mayor of the municipality of Braderup Katie Krause confirmed to the Bild newspaper. The animal was identified by a photograph taken by a resident of the area. Moreover, it has been confirmed that the first victim of the reptile has already been identified — a dog bitten by a snake.
The German authorities are also searching for the snake with the help of dogs, but so far not effectively. The authorities recommend to exercise extreme caution until the dysfolide is found.
Earlier, EADaily reported that tiger mosquitoes (origin — tropical and subtropical regions of Southeast Asia) carrying fever were found in Berlin.
