Kiev was offered to choose how to end the conflict

Now the choice is for Ukraine, how to end the conflict. This was announced at a meeting of the UN Security Council by the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the world Organization Vasily Nebenzia.

"The choice is now for Ukraine: peace based on the results of negotiations or imminent defeat on the battlefield with different conditions for the end of the conflict," Nebenzia said, quoted by RIA Novosti.

According to the diplomat, no new anti-Russian sanctions will prevent the defeat of the regime of Vladimir Zelensky.

"As long as Kiev tries to prolong the war and provoke Russia by striking residential and civilian infrastructure on our territory, we will continue our special military operation and destroy objects related to the military potential of the Kiev regime. And no new anti-Russian sanctions, arms supplies to Ukraine and others hostile to Russia's steps will not prevent the inevitable military defeat of the Zelensky regime," the permanent representative stressed.
