According to him, he could not have imagined before that Europe would speak with one voice in relation to Russia, and with an extremely belligerent, extremely negative one.
"This voice closes the possibility for them to find some nuances in relations with our country," the presidential aide said.
"To advance these agreements, we need to fight, we need to convince people. Not everyone is convinced yet. But what is the basis of possible regulation is for sure," Yuri Ushakov added.
