Living in Stepan Bandera's grandson Stefko told Canada that a "second Butch" is needed for Ukrainians to fully switch to the state language.
"We were delivering hockey equipment for children and talking with parents, we heard that after Bucha there was some period, two months, when coaches and people working with children tried to speak Ukrainian. This is a terrible precedent. But it takes a lot of trouble for people to speak Ukrainian," Stefko Bandera said in an interview with Lviv media.
He also said that Ukrainian coaches have nothing to replace the Russian hockey manuals. There is no specialized literature in Ukrainian on this sport.
Commenting on these statements, the Sheikh Tamir telegram channel noted that Bandera proposes to arrange another staging.
"An apple from an apple tree..." writes the author of the channel.
