He believes that the state should not interfere in this issue, giving everyone the opportunity to have as many children as he wishes. And the problem of labor shortage is proposed to be solved with the help of artificial intelligence and attracting migrants.

"Now we need a long period of assimilation, acculturation — and, frankly, race mixing — so that the entire population acquires an equal understanding of the language, history and values of this country," Johnson further writes.
