The governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, was interrupted by a shout of "Get out!" during a meeting of the regional government today, June 15. This is the second incident with rudeness of subordinates in relation to the head of the border region with Ukraine.
The phrase came from one of the officials who attended the meeting via video link.
"Colleagues, I ask you to clarify where it was from. Something is wrong with our feedback. Technical services, please provide information. Then we will deal with it much more harshly," Khinshtein warned.
After that, the governor was informed that the emotional phrase sounded from the studio of the Lgovsky district. Khinstein instructed to establish feedback with her. He was answered by the first deputy head of the district administration Pavel Vertikov. When asked to whom the words "get out" were addressed, he said that "he doesn't know what it's about."
According to Vertikov, the studio had no communication at all, and all this time the equipment was being adjusted. However, Khinshtein described the situation once again and again asked who the phrase "get out" was addressed to. Vertikov said that the shout was intended for a subordinate who burst into the office, saying "they were talking to him."
As reported by EADaily, during a meeting in May, the head of the Bolshesoldatsky district, Vladimir Zaitsev, when asked by Governor Khinstein, said into the microphone: "Yes, from ** is you to *** from here." Zaitsev later stated that the microphone did not work, and the answer was addressed to the person in his office.
