Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reacted to the explosion in a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square on the evening of August 1.
The mayor confirmed that law enforcement officers continue to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
"Yesterday, a brutal terrorist act was committed in Moscow, which claimed the lives of people. The victims are now in city hospitals, where they receive all the necessary assistance. Law enforcement agencies establish the circumstances of the incident. The perpetrators of this crime will be found and will be punished as they deserve," Sobyanin said.
