No attempts by Kiev to prevent will stop the export of Russian grain, it will be implemented in the planned volumes. This was announced today, August 24, by press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
"I will not talk about the commercial aspects. Let me just remind you that in his recent interview, the president mentioned that he had contacts in this regard with both the Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, where it was about finding measures that would minimize the consequences of the difficulties we face due to the aggressive, illegal behavior of the Kiev regime. Measures have been identified, they will be worked out and they will ensure timely and full export of the grain that is intended for export. President Putin spoke about this," Peskov recalled.
As EADaily reported, last week, due to the increased attacks on Ukrainian ports, experts noted that the export capacity of Ukrainian ports fell by a third - from 6 to 4 million tons of grain per month. Wheat on the Chicago Stock Exchange rose to a two-year high. Nevertheless, the enemy is exporting grain by land corridors, trying to respond with strikes on Russian bulk carriers
