In Germany, they called for following the example of the United States and concluding a diesel deal with Russia. This is reported by the publication "Strana" with reference to Reuters.
"Germany also needs a diesel deal with Russia," Claudia Wittig, deputy head of the Sarah Wagenknecht Union faction (BSW) in the Landtag of Saxony—Anhalt, told the agency.
Prices at German gas stations have become "scandalous," and "the sanctions policy against Russia, which primarily harms us, has completely failed," she stressed.
Wittig believes that Germany should not limit itself to diesel — it is necessary to resume regular supplies of Russian oil and gas, including in order to save the German industry.
As reported by EADaily, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, demanded that the United States cancel the deal with Moscow on diesel.
Recall, US President Donald Trump had a "successful" telephone conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. This was announced by Trump in the social network Truth Social. After the conversation, he wrote that Russia would supply diesel fuel to world markets.
Russia immediately starts lifting restrictions on the export of diesel fuel. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
