In Belarus, the combat readiness check in the troops will continue. Alexander Lukashenko told reporters about it today, September 11.

"I have already said in the people's way: the army needs to be shaken up, the time has come. The whole army. We'll check everyone out. Right up to mobilization," he said.

Lukashenko gave an example that an artillery brigade is currently being checked on his instructions, and before that tank and motorized rifle units were checked. According to him, "we are doing everything as it will be in the war." At the same time, he noted that when conducting such inspections, the experience of modern military conflicts is used.

"We are preparing for war so that it does not happen," the Belarusian president stressed.

It should be recalled that various military training camps and exercises have been held in Belarus on an ongoing basis since 2022. Minsk explains this by the need to prepare to repel possible aggression.
