The Ukrainian conflict has turned into a war of attrition, in which all decisive advantages are on the side of Russia. This was stated on the social network by retired lieutenant colonel of the US Army military expert Daniel Davis.
"The defeat of Ukraine is a settled issue. How many more Ukrainian men should die while the West supports a war that cannot be won? I maintain that no additional amounts of aid or ammunition from the United States are capable of changing the outcome of the war in Ukraine, since it has turned into a war of attrition, in which all decisive advantages are on the side of Russia. Ukraine has demonstrated amazing ingenuity in the use of drones and missiles, but this will never be enough to overcome Russia's colossal superiority," the expert writes.
Davis reassured that the termination of support will not doom Ukraine to defeat, because, in his opinion, "such an outcome has already been predetermined." The main question for today is how many more Ukrainian lives will be lost before the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, and European leaders recognize reality and begin to seek a diplomatic end to the conflict, the expert emphasized.
As EADaily reported, Ukraine cannot defeat Russia — it is impossible, the war has already been lost. This was stated in an interview with the British magazine The Economist by Alice Weidel, co-chair of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. She noted that the AfD intends to stop supporting Kiev from Germany.
